When our client, Quatreau Smart Taps, gave us a list of the top architectural firms they wanted to work with we immediately began profiling and engaging with each one of them. When we saw plans for Dann Brunn’s “Bridge House” we created and pitched an opportunity that would be beneficial for both parties.
Dan Brunn, AIA, Principal of Dan Brunn Architecture’s one-of-a kind “bridge house,” in Los Angeles will, literally, bridge over a stream. The 4,500-square-foot home will serve as a demonstration of innovative systems and forward-thinking processes. When completed, Bridge House will stretch 200 feet across the grounds, straddling a brook in an architectural maneuver that gives the project its name.
DBA prides itself on crafting architecture that respects the site and provokes a sensuous interaction with the environment so it is no surprise that Dan loved the Quatreau Smart Tap and the opportunity which we presented.
Once complete, there will be various events at Bridge House, including tours with AIA, Dwell (who is the media partner) and Venice Art Walk, giving the project and our client long term exposure.
We love creating beneficial connections for our clients…and going to opening parties in LA!
